Gloucester's brand-new adventure trampoline park, AirHop, is officially open!

Just in time for the start of the summer holidays, AirHop Gloucester is the park operator's 28th site in the UK, with the next nearest located in Bristol.

Located in Gloucester Retail Park on Eastern Avenue, just minutes from Gloucester Quays, the new park spans over 30,000 sq ft and is jam-packed with gravity-defying, interconnected trampolines and fun, jumping games.

Tim McClure, managing director of AirHop, said: 'We’ve had loads of families from Gloucestershire making the trip down the M5 to our Bristol Park for years, so it just made sense to bring the experience closer to home.

'Gloucester’s a brilliant city with a strong sense of community and the response has been really positive. People are excited, bookings are already coming in and we’re buzzing to finally open the doors.'

The new park includes Main Court, with its multitude of thrilling trampolines, suitable for all jumpers; an epic Obstacle Course; Battle Baskets for shooting hoops in its slam-dunk challenge; and ValoJump, its augmented reality trampoline game that adds a techy twist to your bounce.

Troy Hollywood, general manager of AirHop Gloucester, said: 'There’s so much more here than just trampolines. We’ve got battle beams, a tag arena, airbag jumps and some really cool digital AR trampolines – I tried them out myself and they’re a lot of fun!'

With multiple sessions available to book online now, there's Open Jump which is suitable for age four and over and gives bouncers access to all areas of the park; Family Takeover is a special session for families, including everyone from babies aged one and over all the way up to adults; Toddler Takeover sessions, where little hoppers aged from one to six can enjoy the park safely without getting bounced by bigger kids; dedicated SEN sessions with softer lighting and reduced noise levels; and Sunset Sessions complete with high-energy tunes to bounce away the hours after school and work!

And for families after exciting birthday parties whatever the age, there's thrilling party packages to book, with an exclusive UV party room, personal hosts and catering.

For schools, youth groups and corporate teams, there's also bespoke packages available to book, too.

Tim added: 'We see AirHop as more than just a place to jump – it’s somewhere families and friends can spend quality time, get moving and have fun together.

'We’ve also been able to create a lot of local jobs and I think Troy and the team have done a brilliant job getting everything ready. It’s something new and positive for the city and we hope it becomes a real community hub.'

During the school summer holidays, from Friday 18 July to Tuesday 2 September 2025, AirHop Gloucester is open from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Thursday and Sunday; and from 9am to 8pm on Friday and Saturday each week.
