Afternoon tea at Hyll costs £35 each, or £45 with a glass of Champagne, to make it extra special.
While Hyll's Mother's Day Menu, created by its Savoy-trained head chef especially for the occasion and only available on Sunday 15 March 2026, offers thoughtful, seasonal dishes designed to be enjoyed slowly.
Diners can choose from starters including roasted Jerusalem artichoke veloute, pressed ham hock and parsley terrine with piccalilli gel or cured chalk stream trout with pink grapefruit; and mains including Herefordshire beef, French-trimmed corn-fed chicken or pan-roasted brill.
And, for an extra indulgence, opt for a three-course meal and linger over a dessert, with options including chocolate torte with miso caramel, honey and yoghurt cheesecake with rhubarb compote, sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce or, for those who prefer a savoury end to their meal, an artisan cheese selection with oat crackers and quince paste.
The Mother's Day Menu at Hyll costs £50 for two courses or £65 for three.
