Family days out are better by train, with GWR offering two for one tickets to a range of attractions across the UK, all easily accessible on the GWR network from Gloucestershire.

With a host of London attractions offering two for one tickets when you travel by train, families can explore Legoland Windsor; Madame Tussauds; London Dungeon; SEA Life London Aquarium; or Kew Gardens on a trip to the capital. There’s also two for one tickets for London Bus tours and the London Eye.

For a trip a little closer to home, hop on the train to Swindon to visit the fascinating STEAM Museum, or head to Mary Shelley’s House of Frankenstein in Bath – with two for one tickets available there too.

GWR offers fixed price family tickets to a range of destinations – including London – with up to two adults and four children travelling from Gloucester to London Paddington for just £39 one-way with a Family Advance Standard ticket. There’s also free WiFi on all GWR trains, to keep little ones entertained on the journey.

Anyone wanting to take advantage of GWR’s two for one offer must register at the 2FOR1 website, where attraction vouchers can be pre-booked in advance.

On arrival at your chosen destination, simply show the 2FOR1 voucher and a valid rail ticket, then two adults can enter for the price of one.
