Otis & Belle artisan Cotswold bakery is opening a brand-new venue this June 2025 in Cheltenham's pretty Montpellier area.
Founded in 2020, the brand currently has outlets in Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold and Broadway in the Cotswolds, with the Cheltenham site being its fourth.
Known for its sourdough bread, viennoiserie and pastries made with a 32-year-old sourdough starter affectionately named 'The Professor', Cheltenham customers can expect a counter packed with flaky croissants, handmade pastries and slow-fermented bread, as well as freshly made coffee, with a commitment to 'quality, seasonality and traditional techniques'.
The 'thoughtfully designed' space will feature Otis & Belle's signature aesthetic, blending Cotswold countryside charm with classic French elegance.
Alongside its High Street bakeries, Otis & Belle also supplies the wholesale market with its high-end bakes.
Founder Will Alexander, who studied at Le Cordon Bleu, said: 'We’ve long admired Cheltenham’s vibrant food culture and beautiful architecture and Montpellier felt like a natural home for Otis & Belle.

Otis & Belle's Cheltenham bakery is due to open on Friday 6 June 2025 at 6 Montpellier Walk.
