Shoppers can pick up handcrafted desserts, a brand-new range of patisserie-inspired gelato and shakes, New York-style cookies, signature eclairs, tarts and more from the new kiosk at Cotswold Designer Outlet.

Renowned for its 'exquisite' patisserie, Cotswolds-founded business The Patisserie Box is opening a new customer-facing kiosk at Cotswolds Designer Outlet – with a brand-new range of sweet treats on offer.

The Cheltenham-based, family-run business previously only sold its indulgent bakes via its online shop or wholesale to cafes, shops and patisserie counters all over the country, but is branching out in 2025 with two of its own kiosks – including one at the highly anticipated shopping centre near Tewkesbury, which opened to the public this week.

Bringing something 'totally unique' to Cotswold Designer Outlet, shoppers can pick up locally handcrafted patisserie and desserts, a brand-new range of patisserie-inspired gelato and shakes and the patisserie's best-selling New York-style cookies, plus signature eclairs, tarts and more from the new kiosk.

The kiosk takes on the business's signature aesthetic, with a regal European patisserie look, set amongst the centre's blend of traditional Cotswolds architecture.

It follows the opening of its first-ever customer-facing kiosk at Bishops Walk Shopping Centre in Cirencester in April 2025.

Its launch has been a two-year journey for head pastry chef and director Xavier Pelloux – whose career includes stints at Maison Blanc, The Ivy, The Hilton in Park Lane and Harrods – and his wife, Bee.

Overcoming 'a few logistical curveballs', the couple say they're 'so proud to finally be open' at the outlet.

They said: 'As a small, family-run business, this is a dream come true.

'This kiosk is more than just a launch — it’s a real milestone. We’ve poured our hearts into it and we’re proud to show that if you dream big and put the work in, amazing things can happen.

'We hope this inspires people to keep supporting local independents.'
