Muse Brasserie is opening its third restaurant this April 2026 at Gloucester Quays.

Gloucester foodies can look forward to a brand-new restaurant combining classic French cookery with fresh Indian flavours, with Muse Brasserie opening at Gloucester Quays this April 2026.

The new Gloucester restaurant is the third in the Muse stable, alongside it's popular and highly rated Cheltenham brasserie and its restaurant in Bristol city centre.

Designed to be a 'relaxed yet elegant space', the Gloucester venue will feature Muse's signature apple blossom tree as a central focal point, with a soft pink and teal palette.

The menu promises to be 'familiar and distinctive', where classical French techniques meet with the depth, spice and vibrant flavours inspired by Muse's Indian heritage, with seasonal British produce taking centre stage.

The Gloucester restaurant will feature locally inspired specials crafted by its in-house chefs to reflect the character of the city, with Muse celebrating the individuality of each restaurant's location on the menu.

Diners will enjoy a carefully curated wine list, too.

As well as its a la carte menu, Muse Gloucester will serve brunch on Sundays – and is set to launch an intimate monthly supper club 'encouraging guests to connect over good food and conversation'.

Muse founder, Limon Rahman, said: 'Muse has always been about doing things differently. Our mix of French technique and Indian heritage gives us something that’s truly our own.

'As we grow, we’re focused on keeping that identity strong and making every restaurant feel special.'

Muse Gloucester is due to open in mid-April 2026 with a soft launch week including meet-the-chef evenings and menu previews.

Then the restaurant will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
