Previously named ‘The Best Hotel Gin Bar’ in the world by Gin Magazine, Gin & Juice at No. 131 on Cheltenham's Promenade has joined forces with The Woozy Pig — serving up signature burgers and fries, paired with iconic cocktails.
Just in time for the summer, head out to the garden to soak up the sun and explore a meaty menu featuring wagyu and brisket burgers cooked over coals and fire, with options like burnt butter and braised onions, miso bacon or buffalo blue cheeseburgers, all served in a signature brioche bun.
Available in small or large portions, keep it simple with skinny fries coated in Tubby Toms' garlic and herb seasoning; or opt for a hearty portion of truffle and parmesan or buffalo blue loaded fries.
If that wasn't enough, The Woozy Pig is offering up its famous deep fried chunk halloumi sticks topped with hot honey, chilli flakes, sesame seeds and micro coriander, too.
And with Gin & Juice boasting a collection of over 400 gins from around the world — including the complex Japanese Roku, curious Monkey 47 from Germany's Black Forest, local Cotswold Dry and alcohol free spirits too — visitors can find the perfect drink to match their meal.
The Woozy Pig is available at Gin & Juice every Thursday from 6pm to 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 12pm until 9pm.
