P.I.LATES is expanding to the Cotswolds with its second studio opening in Cirencester this June 2025.

Reformer pilates is taking the fitness world by storm, with online searches for the exercise rising by more than 150 per cent over the last five years.

P.I.LATES opened its first studio in Cheltenham in 2023 and is already expanding to the Cotswolds, with a brand-new studio opening in Cirencester in June 2025.

Established by friends Pip Barker and Isla Thomson, the studio based at Normandy House now hosts up to five reformer classes a day, with barre and mat classes also dotted throughout its timetable.

Renowned for its zen and inclusive environment, the Cheltenham studio is spacious and bright, with lots of natural light spilling in during daytime classes, while evening classes enjoy a more cosy and calming ambience.

Favoured by Hollywood stars and professional athletes alike, from Margot Robbie to David Beckham, reformer pilates offers a complete full-body workout, with the specialist reformer apparatus designed to support and intensify muscle work.

Based at The Old Kennels, near Cirencester Park, the studio's official opening event takes place on Saturday 7 June, with classes kicking off from Monday 9 June 2025.

From 10am until 2pm, the launch event includes food and drink supplied by neighbouring Roots + Seeds Kitchen Garden and Cattivo Pizza, as well as a prize draw and access to exclusive P.I.LATES discounts — with all proceeds going to mental health charity, Mind.

Though sessions aren't yet bookable at the new studio, reformer, mat and barre classes at the Cheltenham studio can be booked online from £12 per class.
