Westonbirt School, near Tetbury, is partnering with two of England's best rugby clubs and leading sports coaching academy, Lions Academy, this August 2025, with a summer programme of rugby practice and world-class coaching.
Kicking off with Bath Rugby, from Monday 4 to Friday 8 August 2025, under-12 to under-16 boys can enjoy a slice of life as a professional player under the expert guidance of Bath Rugby coaches.
Ahead of the Women’s World Cup, female players, aged between nine to 16-years-old can immerse themselves in three days of rugby at a residential with Lions Academy.
Running from Monday 11 to Wednesday 13 August 2025 and with a special guest appearance from a rugby professional in the lineup, this is a camp designed for aspiring and developing female players.
Designed to replicate what it’s like to be a professional player, the £360 residential will help players develop both on and off the pitch.
And with some fun and friendly competition, Gloucester Rugby coaches will inspire young players to not only set high standards for themselves but have the determination to continue to improve into the next season.
Residential sessions from Monday 18 to Tuesday 19 August 2025 are for girls in school years six to 10 and cost £240. While residential sessions from Wednesday 20 to Friday 22 August 2025 are for boys in school years six to 10 and cost £360.
