Here's a chance for Gloucestershire homeowners to get on the telly!

Fancy a fresh outlook with a home renovation? Not sure whether to just sell up and move?

This dilemma could be solved for selected Gloucestershire homeowners as Channel 4 is on the lookout for families who need expert advice — from none other than Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer.

The duo's brand-new series of Love It or List It is returning, with participants seeing their current home improved with the help of Kirstie, while viewing new homes with Phil, all leading to a final decision of whether they want to stay or go.

Throughout each episode, Kirstie attempts to show the family ways that they can make their current property work by transforming it into a home that properly fits their lifestyle — showing them that loving it is best.

Meanwhile, Phil's task is to find three dream properties that match the household's specific criteria as closely as possible — trying to persuade them to list it.

To apply, participants must be a homeowner and have enough finance in place to fund the renovations of their property and any costs involved in selling their home, should they choose to list it.

Applications are open now via the Channel 4 website by searching 'Channel 4 viewers take part'.
