Cheltenham's first-ever Airbnb Luxe listing is a stunning six-bedroom property on Old Bath Road.

A six-bedroom period property in Cheltenham has become the town's first-ever Airbnb Luxe listing – one of only 5,000 properties worldwide to have this prestigious status.

Located on Old Bath Road, the property is hosted by Jason & Philip Serviced Accommodation, who describe the accolade as 'a milestone for local luxury travel'.

The elegant property blends grand spaces with modern comforts, including statement lighting, bespoke cabinetry, freestanding bath, rainfall shower, bifold doors opening out on to manicured gardens and even its own gym and spa – boasting a sauna and an outdoor, cold-water shower for an authentic experience.

Every booking also includes a 'personal trip designer' to arrange everything from private chauffeur travel to chefs to cook for guests.

The only Airbnb rental in Cheltenham boasting this global five-star standard, the property had to meet over 300 design and hospitality benchmarks to achieve Luxe status, putting it up there with ski chalets in Aspen, estates in Bali and villas along the French Riviera.

Speaking about the property itself, Philip said: 'We wanted to create something that felt special. A space that truly reflects Cheltenham’s grace and history, but with all the sophistication of modern design. Earning Luxe status tells us we’ve achieved that.

'The wellness aspect is something we’re really proud of... This property gives guests that restorative experience, not just a beautiful place to stay, but a sense of calm.

'Luxury isn’t just marble bathrooms or designer lighting. It’s how a place makes you feel – rested, inspired, cared for. That’s what Luxe really means.'

And on the subject of what the achievement means for Cheltenham – and the wider hospitality industry – Philip added: 'It's a statement. It says Cheltenham belongs in the same conversation as the world’s great luxury destinations.

'Cheltenham has always attracted discerning visitors. This is just the next step, showing that world-class hospitality can thrive here too.'

The property, which sleeps 12, is available to book for a three-night minimum stay via Airbnb.
