6 producers flying the flag for Gloucestershire

Cotswold caterer, Birch Catering, uses produce from cream of the crop of Gloucestershire's food and drink suppliers to create menus that are sure to leave a lasting impression, whatever the function or occasion.

With more than 15 years’ experience working with some of the top suppliers across Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds, Birch Catering certainly knows the crème de la crème of the county’s food and drink producers.

The founder of the Stroud-based catering company, Wesley Birch and his business partner Kylie Hughes, shares six producers that Birch works with to create bespoke menus for events and celebrations across Gloucestershire.
