1. Energetic activities for toddlers at Cotswold Clubhouse


Mini Movers at Cotswold Clubhouse in Bourton-on-the-Water is designed especially for toddlers who are full of energy, taking place on Tuesday mornings at 10.30am during term time.

Pre-school children can create shapes, move around, use their imagination and play with the giant parachute in the energetic Mini Movers sessions that siblings and parents can join in with too.


2. Farming activities for toddlers at Cotswold Farm Park


A fun day out for children of all ages, Cotswold Farm Park’s dedicated Toddler Tuesday sessions includes free entry for pre-school aged children every Tuesday until December 2019.

Families with little ones can head to the Discovery Barn, meet the animals, jump around on the bouncy pillows and go on a farm safari – with one free toddler admission ticket with every paying adult or senior on Tuesdays during term-time.


3. Language activities for toddlers at Babel Babies in Cheltenham


Combining catchy songs, playing, puppets and parachutes, Babel Babies is an innovative toddler group in Cheltenham that teaches children foreign languages in a fun way.

With a variety of sessions available, Babel Babies aims to make language learning fun and multisensory.

Available at a number of swimming pools across Gloucestershire, Aquatots teaches babies to swim from the age of just eight weeks-old – involving parents too.

Introducing children to the water from an early age, Aquatots runs swimming sessions specifically for toddlers – and the underwater photo sessions of the tots are amazing.


5. Yoga activities for toddlers at Tatty Bumpkin in Cheltenham and Tewkesbury


Encouraging little ones to bend, stretch and enjoy stories, Tatty Bumpkin is a yoga and sensory session toddler group taking place in Cheltenham and Tewkesbury.

Aiming to improve children’s social and emotional skills, the classes are centred around and named after a bendy and stretchy dolly, called Tatty Bumpkin.


6. Fitness activities for toddlers at OneFitMama in Cheltenham and Gloucester


Offering the chance to Join forces with other parents, OneFitMama’s classes in Up Hatherley and Brockworth are specially designed for parents with babies and toddlers.

The OneFitMama fitness classes sees kids play in the toddler zones, whilst their grown-ups workout – with classes every week day in Gloucestershire.


7. Pottery painting activities for toddlers at Dixie Dot Crafts in Gloucester


Fun and creative pre-school craft and painting sessions take place at Dixie Dot Crafts in Gloucester every other Friday morning, from 9.15am to 10.15am.

With a variety of workshops and sessions available, families can turn up and paint some pottery or take part in themed activities.


8. Rugby activities for toddlers at Rugbytots in Cheltenham and Gloucester


With classes in Cheltenham and Gloucester, Rugbytots encourages energetic toddlers to let off some steam with fun and interactive rugby-themed sessions.

Teaching children to kick, pass, run with the ball and catch, the sessions are a great way for toddlers to socialise with other children too.


9. Film activities for toddlers at The Roses Theatre in Tewkesbury


Created for families with children under 18 months-old, Nappy Mondays at The Roses Theatre in Tewkesbury are relaxed cinema screenings of the biggest hit films.

Complete with a buggy park and a friendly atmosphere, mums, dads and grandparents can bring along tiny tots without worrying about them being noisy, from 11.15am.


10. Horse riding activities for toddlers at The Playmate Children’s Riding School


Animal-loving children can have a go at horse riding at The Playmate Children’s Riding School, near Cheltenham – with dedicated toddler riding lessons available for children ages two and up.

Pre-school riding lessons last 30 minutes and take place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, between 10am and 12pm.


11. Science activities for toddlers at Mini Professors in Cheltenham


Mini Professors’ toddler sessions make science fun with plenty of experiments, play and magic too. Suitable for children ages two to seven years-old, the classes take place across Cheltenham, with each week having a different focus.

Mini Professors’ classes are available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at various venues in Cheltenham.
