On the evening of Thursday 11 April 2019, be guided through four gin and tonic tasters in Hillside Brewery’s Hop Barn and find out how the right tonic can transform a drink.
Guests can sip on a welcome drink and tuck into buffet food. If you fancy something other than gin, the brewery’s bar will be open.
