The final stage in the judging process for the Gloucestershire Business Awards is taking place this October 2025, as the judging panel comes together to decide which of the shortlisted businesses will make it through as finalists.
But while the cream teas might go down easily, the decisions will be anything but, with an exceptionally high calibre of shortlisted businesses to whittle down this year.
The judges have spent weeks assessing the entries, meeting shortlisted businesses and conducting further investigations via phone calls and site visits, to help inform their scores.
Judges score the entries in every category, not just their own, with the Judges Panel Meeting being the last stage in the process where scores are shared, debated and the finalists decided.
