What to expect from The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time?
Described by promoters as inventive, gripping and moving, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time combines the intrigue of a whodunnit with a powerful coming-of-age story, based on one of the best-selling British novels of the 21st century written by Mark Haddon.
EastEnders actress Charlie Brooks (best known for her long-running role as Janine Butcher) and star of Holby City, Heartbeat and former Strictly Come Dancing winner Joe McFadden play the parents of main character, Chris.
When a neighbour’s dog is killed, Chris comes under suspicion and becomes both detective and suspect, and is drawn into a mystery that grows darker and more complex with every clue uncovered.
Of her casting, Charlie Brooks said: 'I cannot wait for audiences to experience the heart, humour and humanity at the centre of this remarkable play.'
