Leading independent school, The King’s School Gloucester, is opening its doors for its Whole School Open Morning on Saturday 20 May 2023.

Prospective pupils and their families can follow its interactive Discovery Trail, accompanied by one of its current students, giving them the chance to tour its beautiful buildings, meet teachers and get a feel for its unique learning environment.

For families considering applying to the prestigious school, the admissions and bursary teams will be on hand after the tour to answer questions and provide helpful information on the applications process, too.

Located next to Gloucester Cathedral, The King’s School Gloucester educates children aged three to 18 years old and welcomes people of all faiths and of none to its inclusive community of over 730.

Winners of SGGLA Independent School of the Year in 2020 and 2021, King's prides itself on its excellent academic performance, nurturing pastoral care and unique co-curricular programme, which includes sports, music and drama — with the school benefitting from a special relationship with the cathedral, where pupils regularly attend assemblies and have the opportunity to perform.

King's was also rated excellent in all areas in its latest ISI Inspection Report.

Anyone wanting to attend the Whole School Open Morning can register online in advance at thekingsschool.co.uk.
