Stagecoach West will be at Gloucester Quays on Wednesday 18 August 2021 for family fun and the chance to win prizes to celebrate the launch of its 21 new state-of-the-art buses.
As well as checking out one of the new buses and its modern features like USB charging ports and reading lights on each seat, shoppers can pick up goody bags, win prizes and tuck into street food too.
There’ll be a wheel of fortune-style giveaway with prizes including treats from Bake & Brew and free bus rides up for grabs. Visitors can also indulge in wood-fired pizza from local street food traders, Mama D’s.
Stagecoach West’s new buses are running on the Service 10 route between Lower Tuffley, Gloucester, Brockworth and Cheltenham. Alongside their modern new look, there are also audio-visual next stop announcements on board, to make the buses more accessible.
As well as all the new features giving commuters a much more comfortable ride, they’re more eco-friendly too, fitted with Euro 6 engines that produce 75 per cent less nitrogen oxide and 95 per cent less particulate matter emissions.
