Who would be perfect for TBS Engineering's electrical fitter role?
Electrical fitters will need to carry out a range of electrical assembly and
installation tasks, working from drawings and instructions; and under
supervision where required. The right candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- Ability
to follow engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Experience
within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong
attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A
proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset
Full training will be provided on TBS equipment and systems. Previous experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing environments is beneficial, but product-specific knowledge is not essential.
