Exemplifying its mission to amplify Gloucestershire's phenomenal business success, SoGlos has uniquely crafted the definitive list of the Top 100 Businesses in Gloucestershire for the third year.

Building on the success of the Top 100 Businesses in Gloucestershire 2024, mark your calendars, with this year's Top 100 being revealed this June 2025 — with SoGlos members having the opportunity to see the definitive list first, as it will be exclusively sent to Business newsletter subscribers, before being published on the online magazine and SoGlos's social media channels.

Created in partnership with Cheltenham-based accountants Bishop Fleming, Cotswolds solicitors Sewell Mullings Logie, tech experts System Force IT and aviation services provider The Little Jet Company, SoGlos's Top 100 uses a robust methodology with all Gloucestershire businesses unequivocally ranked by turnover. Details have also been included around staff numbers, apprenticeship opportunities and charitable initiatives — as recognition for organisations doing valuable work to contribute to the county's jobs market and community spirit.

Michelle Fyrne, CEO of SoPublishing, said: 'At SoGlos, we’re committed to showcasing the rich diversity and entrepreneurial spirit that defines Gloucestershire’s business community — from bold start-ups and inspiring independents to boundary-pushing innovators.

'The SoGlos Top 100 2025 takes that celebration a step further, shining a spotlight on the county’s most influential and high-achieving companies, whose impact and success resonate far beyond our borders. It’s a privilege to champion these exceptional businesses that truly put Gloucestershire on the map.'

Companies must have a recognised headquarters in the county to qualify, with turnover data researched directly from Companies House — with the Top 100 spanning turnovers in the region of £20 million up to over £1 billion, with staff numbers ranging from as few as 20 up to several thousand.

David Butler, audit partner and office lead at Bishop Fleming, said: 'Sponsoring the SoGlos Top 100 Businesses in Gloucestershire for a second consecutive year reflects our commitment to championing the organisations that are driving growth and making a real impact on the county’s regional economy.

'Gloucestershire’s business landscape is uniquely diverse — from established industry leaders to ambitious scale-ups — and it’s a privilege to celebrate their innovation, enterprise and contribution to local prosperity.'

Jez Walton, technical director at System Force IT, added: 'At System Force IT, we are committed to supporting local businesses and charities while fostering innovation. Partnering with SoGlos for the Top 100 list enables us to celebrate the remarkable achievements and contributions of our fellow businesses in the region.'

Accountable manager at The Little Jet Company, Jason Bishop, commented: 'With our roots firmly in Gloucestershire, we are thrilled to be championing the success of the Top 100 Businesses and highlighting the exciting opportunities taking flight within our community.'
