Exciting renewals and refits for major fashion brands at Gloucester Quays including Adidas, Asics, Eden Menswear and M&S.
Following a series of new openings in 2025, including Ben Sherman, major fashion brands at Gloucester Quays are renewing leases and refitting stores.

Gloucester Quays is starting the new year strong with a swathe of high-profile lease renewals and refits at the popular shopping and leisure destination.

Leading brands Adidas, Asics, Eden Menswear and M&S have all renewed their leases at Gloucester Quays; while premium lifestyle brand Joules has completed a major refit to its store.

Joules' 4,200 sq ft space now features expanded fashion collections for men, women and children, as well as a refreshed interiors section.

Eden Menswear has renewed the lease on its 1,459 sq ft space, bringing big name labels including Brave Soul, Cavani, Jack & Jones, Lyle & Scott and Penguin to the centre; Adidas has renewed the lease on its 8,000 sq ft store; and Gloucester Quays anchor store, M&S, has renewed the lease on its 12,400 sq ft store, which has been building on the growing popularity of its fashion offer in recent months.

The renewals follow a series of new store openings at the centre in 2025, including Ben Sherman, Søstrene Grene and Starbucks, alongside the expansion of the existing Crew Clothing store.

There's more to come, too, as Clip 'n Climb recently signed the lease on a 14,000 sq ft space on Gloucester Quays' upper deck to create a new 'climbing theme park', due to open in 2026.

Gloucester Quays says the latest set of signings 'showcases the vibrant line-up at the destination and strengthens its mix of retail and leisure'.

Asset director at Peel Retail & Leisure, Paul Carter, said: 'Gloucester Quays continues to prove its resilience and long-term appeal. Quality brands are telling us they want to stay, choosing to reinvest because they know our offer, environment and experience puts them in a position to succeed here.

'Our mix of premium brands, city-centre convenience and vibrant public realm makes Gloucester Quays a standout crossover destination that leads customers to return time and time again.'

M&S's regional manager, Oli Cullum-Hollins, added: 'It’s been 16 years since we first opened at Gloucester Quays and our store has gone from strength-to-strength.

'Our focus is always on delivering the trusted value and exceptional quality our customers expect and we look forward to continuing to serve the local community in the years ahead.'
