Luxury audio expert Bang & Olufsen is marking its 100-year anniversary with a stunning showroom makeover.

Bang & Olufsen's Cheltenham showroom has a fresh look after a stunning refurbishment combining a harmonious blend of Scandinavian design, cutting-edge tech and immersive customer service.

Celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2025, the reimagined space reflects both its heritage and its future.

Stepping into the newly refreshed space in The Courtyard on Montpellier Street – where the store has been located since 2001 – customers are greeted by a calm and stylish environment that invites them to explore.

Showcasing the full range of Bang & Olufsen's signature audio and visual masterpieces, from the sculptural Beosound speakers to the cinematic Beovision televisions, the revamped showroom presents them all in an atmosphere that feels more like a luxury living space than a traditional retail store.

As well as stocking exceptional technology, the Cheltenham team prides itself on its bespoke customer service, working closely with clients to design personalised solutions for the home.

Having been owned and operated by Jason Briggs since 2007, the same exact team has been in place ever since. And with a combined 80 years' brand experience spanning all the way back to 1989, each member has seen each evolution of technology unfold.

Whether it's a discreet multiroom sound system, a custom home cinema or a striking single-piece installation, there's a promise that every project is crafted with precision and care.

When visiting, customers are encouraged to experience products firsthand, feel the materials, hear the sound clarity and paint a picture in their mind of how each piece might transform their own living spaces.

Plus, alongside the immersive customer shopping experience, the store offers a range of premium services including professional installation, to ensure each system is seamlessly integrated into the home; a repair service, dedicated to supporting any maintenance needs; and an atelier service, offering the opportunity to co-create a unique B&O product with expert guidance.

And as part of its centenary celebrations, customers can browse the Centennial Collection; a special edition release of three product reimaginations including the Beoplay H100 headphones, Beosound A5 Century Weave portable speaker and the Beosound A9 5th Gen room speaker – all with exciting new colourways and design features.

The Bang & Olufsen Cheltenham store and showroom is open Monday to Saturday, from 10am until 5pm.
