Gloucester Rugby and its official legal partner, Cheltenham-based Willans LLP, are inviting Gloucestershire businesses to come together to 'connect, collaborate and learn' this November 2025, with the relaunch of the Gloucester Rugby Business Club.
The Business Club forum, first launched in 2021, provides opportunities for local business owners and leaders to network, collaborate and gain new insights through Gloucester Rugby-organised events, along with inclusion in its dedicated business directory.
Membership is open to all businesses in the county and includes invitations to a series of events throughout the year, the first of which – 'How to fuel high performance in the workplace', sponsored by Willans LLP – takes place at Kingsholm Stadium on Wednesday 19 November 2025.
Those attending the event will hear from Gloucester Rugby's head of performance, Cillian Reardon and performance nutritionist Dr James Hudson, on how the strategies, routines and mindsets used by professional athletes can be applied to enhancing performance, resilience and wellbeing within business.
The club's commercial sales director – and former Cherry and Whites forward – James Forrester, said of the business club relaunch: 'We’re proud of the strong relationship between Gloucester Rugby and the local business community, which helps to facilitate networking, provide brand visibility and support local economic growth.
'Through the Business Club and its directory, we’re excited to offer members access to fascinating ‘behind the scenes’ insights from successful sporting figures and business leaders.'
Senior partner at Willans LLP, Paul Gordon said: 'As official legal partners of Gloucester Rugby and as active members of the business community, we’re delighted to align ourselves with the Business Club and its mission to make a lasting impact on economic growth across the region.'
A link to sign up for the relaunch event, along with more information about joining the Gloucester Rugby Business Club can be found on the Willans LLP website.
