Gloucester-based finishing provider Elmbridge UK is continuing to expand its services for customers, with the acquisition of a new company.
The coatings, spray equipment and supplies specialist has welcomed London dust extraction firm Minden Systems Limited into its ESC Spinnaker Group, this March 2026.
Elmbridge says Minden – which specialises in dust extraction solutions for a range of industries, from automotive to aerospace – has built an 'excellent' reputation over more than two decades for providing high-quality products, service and technical expertise to its customers.
The Gloucester firm has experience of working with Minden previously, on its bespoke spray facility projects.
Elmbridge says it's 'very pleased' to welcome the Minden team into the wider group and looks forward to supporting its continued success.
For Elmbridge and ESC Spinnaker, it's the latest in a string of acquisitions since 2013; and further strengthens its position as a leader in the UK spray and coatings market.
While Minden will continue to operate as a standalone business, Elmbridge says its acquisition brings additional resources, expertise and opportunities for growth to the group, complimenting its own expertise and enhancing the value it can bring to customers.
