The judges have spoken! The finalists for the Gloucestershire Business Awards 2025 have been decided, after this year's judges panel met for the final time this October 2025.
After rigorous shortlisting by the SoGlos team, the judging panel – comprised of representatives from Gloucestershire Business Awards headline and category partners – spent weeks poring over the entries; meeting shortlisted businesses at the Meet the Judges event; making phone calls; and conducting site visits, before coming together at Hatherley Manor in Gloucester for the judges panel meeting, to make their final decisions.
Whittling down the shortlist was no mean feat, with an incredibly high calibre of entries again this year – with passionate debate had as the judges worked hard to ensure only the very best and most deserving Gloucestershire businesses made it through to the awards ceremony.
With an impressive collection of finalists, spanning world-leading global firms to inspiring entrepreneurs and ambitious apprentices, competition for one of the coveted trophies is especially fierce this year.

The full list of finalists will be revealed exclusively on SoGlos on Monday 13 October 2025, when they will also be invited to the highly-anticipated awards ceremony, taking place at Cheltenham Town Hall on Thursday 6 November 2025.
