Largest gym equipment showroom in the UK is opening in Gloucester

Work is underway to create the largest dedicated strength equipment showroom in the UK, this August 2025.

Indurent Park Gloucester has been chosen as the site to set up the huge shopfront by Colorado-based firm REP Fitness.

It will also include a huge warehouse capable of holding up to £10 million worth of stock for dispatch across the UK.

Specialising in high-quality gym equipment, the team got the keys to the new base this month and it's shared huge ambitious for the future.

In a post on LinkedIn, Martyn Jones, CEO of REP Fitness UK, said: 'We’ve just taken possession of our brand new 40,000 sq ft site.

'Unit 6, Indurent Park in Gloucester will become the new home of REP Fitness UK & Ireland including what will become the largest dedicated strength equipment showroom in the UK at 6,200 sq ft.'

Once fully fitted out, the site will be run by 35 office staff alongside a fulfilment team capable of handling up to $40 million of yearly sales.

Martyn, who lives in Cheltenham, said: 'REP’s mission is bold and simple – to become the world’s number one strength brand. 

'That means not just world-class strength equipment but cardio, recovery, apparel, nutrition and training programs.'

The slogan of the firm, which is expected to open by the end of the year, is that 'strength brings freedom'.

In 2024, REP recorded sales exceeding $130 million and it is targeting 50 per cent growth in 2025.

Co-CEO of REP Fitness, Ryan McGrotty, said: 'The UK is a pivotal market for REP as we continue to grow internationally.

'After the success of our EU launch in 2024, the UK was the logical next step for us.

'By bringing our class-leading racks, benches, barbells and functional training tools directly to British customers, we can make quality strength equipment more accessible and continue empowering individuals to pursue their strength goals.'

The new base will have pick-up discounts for customers who collect orders from the Gloucester site.

With the new opening later this year, it will also launch a UK Athlete Program to work with Gloucestershire athletes and ambassadors to showcase the brand’s equipment.
