Gloucester-based ProCook increased its B Impact score by 13.1 points in its latest B Corp assessment.

ProCook is setting new standards for sustainability and social impact, with the Gloucester-based company recertifying as a B Corp this January 2026.

Since its initial certification back in 2022, ProCook has increased its B Impact Score by 13.1 points to 93.1, placing it ahead of all benchmarks for country, sector and size.

ProCook is one of only a handful of UK B Corps with more than 700 employees, with the size of the company meaning significant rigour is required to achieve the certification's exacting and evolving standards at scale.

There were a number of improvements delivered across various areas of the business, including environmental management and governance, in this latest assessment – with B Lab praising its full carbon footprinting, lifecycle assessments, transition to 100 per cent renewable energy and enhanced formal screening of suppliers' social and environmental practices beyond regulatory compliance.

ProCook's ESG director, Sarah Wheatley, said: 'Recertifying as a B Corp and achieving a score of 93.1 is something we’re really proud of. It reflects the progress our teams have made over the past three years to strengthen governance, improve environmental systems and raise standards across our supply chain, embedding responsible decision-making into how ProCook operates day to day.'

Headquartered in Gloucestershire, ProCook has 75 stores across the UK as well as an online shop and has also been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing by Great Place To Work
