Gloucestershire tech firm CloudClevr is moving to the award-winning Grange Park in Bishop's Cleeve as part of its 'strategic expansion'.

The fast-growing managed service provider, which is a subsidiary of Rigby Group, is taking up a 5,500 sq ft space on the first floor of Grange Park this August 2025.

Grange Park recently underwent a major refurbishment and offers high-spec office space with an outstanding EPC A rating surrounded by 14 acres of parkland. The development has a Green Apple Gold Environment Award and was nominated for Development of the Year in the Property Week Awards, too.

The park has recently added new solar panels, new charging and cycle storage facilities, a gas-free heating and cooling system and a cafe, with ongoing environmental initiatives to 'reduce its ecological footprint and create a green, eco-friendly environment for its occupiers'.

The destination is already proving popular, with only 8,000 sq ft of space remaining following CloudClevr's relocation and an award-winning letting to Marley Risk for 18,500 sq ft of space on the second floor.

Liam O`Keeffe, asset manager at Rigby Group, said: 'Grange Park presented CloudClevr Ltd with high-quality Grade A office space in a well-connected out-of-town location.

'The efficient CAT A floorplate was a key factor in our decision and the landlord’s proactive asset management has positioned the building as a compelling and competitive proposition, ideally suited to meet CloudClevr’s operational requirements.'

Richard Crabb, partner at joint letting agents THP, said: 'We are delighted with the award! We’ve seen more activity at Grange Park than in the whole of central Cheltenham this year, that speaks volumes about the quality and appeal of this location.'
