This 'bold new chapter' will see the business rebrand to The Modern Firm Group and branch out to support the professional services sector across operations, growth and talent acquisition – and cements founder Luke Farren's mission to help traditional firms evolve in the digital era.
The Modern Firm Group will comprise four companies: TMF Accounting Operations, continuing its original mission to modernise operations, technology and client experience for accountancy firms; TMF Legal Operations, applying the same transformation principles with law firms to help them streamline processes, adopt smarter systems and build scalable operations; TMF Aquisitions, a 'dedicated vehicle for acquiring a select handful of Gloucestershire-based accountancy practices, creating a network of modern, technology-enabled firms built for sustainable growth'; and TMF Resource, to provide outsourced staffing solutions for firms looking to scale-up.
Describing the move as a natural next step, Luke said: 'This next chapter is about building something bigger — not just for us but for the industries we serve.
