Award-winning Cotswold country pub, the Foston’s Ash Inn, has just launched its brand-new Christmas party menu, offering three courses of festive ‘field to fork’ dining this December 2021.
With two- or three-course dining options available to book until Thursday 23 December 2021, the traditional country pub boasts a warming atmosphere and roaring log fires, perfect for cosy Christmas parties.
The Christmas party menu plays into its polo heritage, split into the first, second and third ‘chukka’ – with menu highlights including pressed Cotswold game terrine or British Polo Organic Gin-cured salmon to start; British turkey paupiette with all the trimmings, pheasant breast coq au vin made using pheasant from Brimpsfield Park just over a mile from the pub, or heritage beetroot wellington for the main course; plus traditional Christmas pudding, homemade Biscoff cheesecake or vegan panna cotta with British Polo Double Spiced Rum syrup for dessert.
Plus, as the home of British Polo Gin, the pub is also serving a dash of Christmas cheer with its gin-based take on the classic after-dinner cocktail, an espresso gintini – as well as magnum-sized bottles of red, white and rosé wine as part of its festive party offering.
As well as being dog-friendly, the Foston’s Ash Inn boasts dedicated ‘pony parking’ outside, ideal for anyone celebrating with four-legged friends in tow.
It also has several outdoor dining spaces, including a heated Polo Barn Marquee which seats up to 80 guests and has its own bar, making it perfect for private Christmas parties, as well as two new apres-ski-inspired private dining areas, for a more intimate experience.
The Christmas party menu at the Foston’s Ash Inn is available to book until Thursday 23 December 2021 with a two-course meal costing £24.95 per person and three courses costing £28.95 per person, excluding drinks.
