Josser pop-up restaurant in Cirencester is launching a new series of summer events this July 2025, with everything from circus skills to cookery classes on offer.
Run by Giffords Circus former executive chef, Ols Halas and wife Amber, the roaming restaurant contained within a converted circus wagon is in residence at St. Michael's Park in Cirencester until Sunday 21 September 2025.
As well as serving up brunch and dinner under canvas with a menu that changes monthly to celebrate the very best local, seasonal produce, it's also launching a new series of summer events from Tuesday 22 July 2025, in partnership with local businesses, to bring the community together.
From kids yoga with Amber every Thursday during the school holidays; circus skills workshops with Stroud-based School of Larks; nature-inspired crafts with Dig & Delve; dance classes from Funky Pants Music and Dance; and painting sessions with Paint Pot Parties, families have lots to choose from.
Grown-ups aren't left out either, with adult yoga every Wednesday and Friday; faux flower crown workshops with Moon and Made; candle making workshops with Time To Burn; live music nights; and exclusive cookery classes with Ols covering how to create the perfect family picnic, to whipping up magical recipes from the Giffords Circus cookbook.
The J Kiosk will also be open during events for coffee, juice and takeaway food, with brunch and dinner bookings available on event days, too.
Ols said: 'We are delighted to support these events, adding our special blend of culinary artistry and park fun to each for the whole community to come and make the most of the summer months in the park.
'We hope that local people come and enjoy some exceptional food, great company and some fun activities for all the family in a novel and charming setting.'
Prices vary per activity, starting from £10 per child and can be booked online in advance.
