Eleven Bibury is a new Arts and Crafts-inspired cafe designed by Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, located opposite the iconic Arlington Row.

Bibury has a brand-new cafe designed by famous interior designer and Gloucestershire resident, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen.

The new cafe features an Arts and Crafts-inspired interior which blends 'timeless design with local heritage' – fitting for its location in what William Morris described as 'the most beautiful village in England'.

Eleven Bibury breathes new life into two buildings opposite the iconic Arlington Row, restoring and safeguarding them for the future.

Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen's interior design draws inspiration from the Arts and Crafts movement with 'a 21st century overlay', with a focus on restoration, craftsmanship and community.

He said: 'The forefront of our vision was to create something that feels deeply rooted in place. We absolutely HAD to preserve this institution, so we brought in extremely talented local artisans, honouring traditional techniques and materials. Hand-forged ironwork; Cotswold stone masonry; French polishers, every detail has been considered. Just as Bill would have done.'

The upstairs tea room boasts views of Arlington Row with hand-painted details by Laurence himself, while the tiered terraced garden is full of classic Cotswold stone, blooming flowers and even a retro coffee van serving up artisan brews, providing a picturesque spot for outdoor drinks and dining in the heart of the popular Cotswolds village.

Eleven's food and drink menu celebrates local too, with daily menus featuring produce from nearby farms and independent producers, with everything from freshly-baked goods and barista coffee to seasonal brunches and lunches on offer.

And it welcomes dogs!

Eleven Bibury is open from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday, at 11 The Street in Bibury.
