Launching in Cheltenham to coincide with Cheltenham Festival, from Tuesday 14 to Friday 17 March 2023, Core on Course by Clare Smyth at Cheltenham Racecourse is set to be the first and only hospitality experience from a Michelin star chef in sport in 2023.

Themed around the three Michelin star restaurant, Core by Clare Smyth in London’s Kensington, the tasting menu served at the jump racing event of the year features six beautifully crafted dishes with an emphasis on natural, sustainable ingredients, sourced from the UK’s most dedicated producers.

Among them is ‘potato and roe’, the signature dish by the chef patron, who spent nearly 14 years working under Gordon Ramsay and catered for the wedding reception of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Diners opting for the Core on Course hospitality package will also enjoy a glass of Dom Perignon or an Irish cocktail on arrival, alongside three wine pairings and an appearance from Smyth herself, who was made an MBE for services to the hospitality sector in 2013.

Core on Course by Clare Smyth package will be available at Cheltenham Racecourse during Cheltenham Festival from Tuesday 14 to Friday 17 March 2023.
