Voting is officially open for the Gloucestershire Lifestyle & Community Awards 2026, giving SoGlos readers the chance to have their say on which Gloucestershire businesses and organisations deserve to take home a trophy!
Businesses, venues and community organisations from across the county have been putting themselves forward for a prestigious award, with more new names in the running than ever before thanks to a swathe of new categories.
From Cafe / Coffee Shop of the Year, the hotly contested Restaurant of the Year, to the brand-new Community Award, Fundraiser Award and Volunteer Award, there are 17 categories to vote for.
After a rigorous shortlisting process, the full shortlist is now live on soglos.com/lifestyle-community-awards and you can vote for your favourites across all categories until Sunday 29 March 2026.
A record number of Gloucestershire businesses and community organisations made the shortlist, spanning entertainment venues and high-profile county events, to incredible individuals doing amazing work for their local community.
Members of the public have four weeks to cast their votes to determine the list of finalists, which will then be put before our esteemed judging panel – comprised of representatives from our headline and category partners – to decide the overall winners and highly commended businesses in each category.
Every finalist gets invited to the dazzling live reveal of winners, this year taking place at Pittville Pump Room in Cheltenham on Thursday 21 May 2026 – and every category winner also has the chance to take home the overall Lifestyle & Community Business of the Year award, handpicked by our headline partners Made in Gloucestershire and Pro Global.
