Elmore Court is just one Gloucestershire wedding venue to make a new list of the UK's most popular wedding venues on Instagram this autumn.

New research from wedding stationary supplier, Aura Print, has ranked two Gloucestershire wedding venues among the top 10 most Instagrammable spots to get married in autumn/winter 2023.

Wedding experts analysed the number of Instagram hashtags relating to UK wedding venues on Tuesday 26 September 2023, to create a shortlist of the most pictured wedding venues on the app ahead of this year's autumn/winter wedding season.

Excitingly, two Gloucestershire wedding venues made the list, providing plenty of inspiration for local couples planning an Insta-worthy wedding.

Coming in at number eight with 25,200 hashtags on Instagram, Cripps Barn near Cirencester offers a rustic stone barn that fits the cosy yet elegant vibe of autumn and winter weddings.

The 18th-century barn looks magical adorned in fairy lights, candles and autumnal florals; and, if you're lucky enough to have snow, it's a quintissential Cotswold setting for a winter wedding.

The awe-inspiring Elmore Court completes the top list at number 10, with 24,100 Instagram hashtags.

Packed with character and potential to create whatever wedding you like, the 700-year-old country house is an exclusive-use wedding venue, with hire including its seriously impressive grounds and gardens that look simply stunning in autumn colours or winter frost.

Better yet, the UK's most Instagrammable wedding venue isn't far from Gloucestershire either, as the historic Blenheim Palace in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds topping the list with a whopping 196,000 hashtags.
