Cheltenham is hosting a drive-in festival this Easter

With Ru Paul Drag Race stars to Harry Potter, The Wizard of Oz Pantomime and more, there’s fun for all the family at Cheltenham’s Easter Festival, this April 2021.

The Parking Lot Social drive-in Easter Festival is set to take place at South Car Boot Site on Monday 12 April 2021 and Tuesday 13 April 2021, bringing with it everything from Harry Potter to Ru Paul’s Drag Race and more – for kids and adults to enjoy from their car

There are six events taking place across the two dates that include both family-friendly entertainment, as well as something for adults.


The full Parking Lot Social drive-in Easter Festival line-up at South Car Boot Site includes:

Panto: The Wizard of Oz on Monday 12 April 2021, from 3.15pm

The Greatest Showman on Monday 12 April 2021, from 6.30pm

DriveTime Drag on Monday 12 April from 9.45pm

Social Kids on Tuesday 13 April 2021, from 2pm

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban on Tuesday 13 April 2021, from 5.30pm

Deadpool on Tuesday 13 April 2021, from 9.15pm


Each event will implement social distancing measures with event staff on hand to ensure these are upheld and sanitising stations at various locations on the site.

Tickets are now on sale, with events expected to last around two to three hours. Wireless headphones in a sealed bag will be given to you on arrival to ensure you don’t miss a thing and will then be collected at the end. Revellers will also be able to order food from their vehicle.
