The last year or so has been tumultuous and full of uncertainty with many businesses having to close and many life events having to be put on hold – including things like family celebrations and holidays abroad.

But, less demand and dwindling sales has not been the experience of one Gloucestershire business. Tewkesbury-based M5 Motorhome Hire helps customers have their own motorhome and campervan holidays and the business has gone from strength to strength in 2020 – with 2021 set to be even busier.

The business was set up over four years ago by Marc Warner, who is the director of Warner Motor Group which has been operating for more than a decade, and is based in Tewkesbury – serving the whole of Gloucestershire and beyond.

It was established through Marc’s own passion for exploring the great outdoors and following the pandemic, is now having to expand and grow his business.

With holidays abroad put on hold in 2020, M5 Motorhome Hire saw a huge increase in bookings and with flights away looking more and more unlikely this year, 2021 bookings are likely to see an even bigger demand.

So much so, that Marc has added more than 20 motorhome and VW Campers to the fleet at M5 Motorhome Hire, which families looking for a break can hire. As well as this, the business now offers motorhome sales and aftersales to customers which has created a number of new jobs and will soon be joined by a retail shop which will offer everything from motorhome and campervan accessories to electric scooters.

And, in order to grow the business and offer an even better customer experience, M5 Motorhome Hire has moved to a new larger site in Cheltenham where customers will be able to visit from Monday 12 April 2021.
