Featuring one of the most impressively-designed interiors in Cheltenham, KIBOU is a Japanese restaurant and sushi bar which originally opened doors to guests back in August 2013.
The popular dining spot serves up an impressive menu — with a large variety of freshly rolled hosomaki, futomaki and temaki; hand pressed nigiri; fresh sashimi; and an expansive offering of hot Japanese cuisine.
For this prize, the winner will be treated to the special 'Best of 10' menu which features fan-favourite dishes such as soft-shell crab tempura, served on its own or in one of KIBOU's steamed bao buns, along with finely sliced raw cabbage and crab sauce and beni shoga; the sought-after anko roll which is an avocado topped uramaki roll, filled with monkfish and goma wakame, served with a coriander dressing; purin, a popular Japanese custard dessert topped with a thin layer of soft caramel; and more.
