Arrive at the Staverton-based distillery at 4pm, where you'll be greeted by an expert distiller and a Piston Gin and tonic for good measure.
Discover the history and heritage of gin and learn all about the gin making process, before pairing up to take charge of your workstation and flex your newfound knowledge to distil your very own gin.
You'll get to pick out your own botanicals to create a totally unique flavour and follow the whole distillation process inside the mini copper stills.
Bottle up your creation with a customised Piston Gin School label — and, of course, the session finishes with an all-important taste test, so you can see how your own gin compares to Piston's award-winning drinks.
