Open to all business owners, managers and other professionals, this free event with Stroud Growth Hub will help you learn coping strategies and avoid burnout, this April 2024.

The Growth Hub Stroud is holding a free workshop on stress management for business owners on Thursday 18 April 2024.

The workshop aims to help participants build emotional intelligence, prevent burnout and will give advice for 'switching off' when out of work.

Strategies for leading with calmness and composure, as well as thinking clearly during stressful situations will also be given.

Kirstie Salter, an experienced coach and therapist, will be leading the workshop, drawing from her years of experience of helping professional women overcome the challenges of menopause, to achieve their best.

While the workshop is intended for business owners, managers or other business professionals may find the advice and strategies helpful.

The workshop will take place at South Gloucestershire and Stroud College, on Stratford Road.

Two timeslots are available — either 10am to 11.30am or 12pm to 1.30pm.
