Fresh: Art Fair brings Britain’s biggest choice of art to Cheltenham Racecourse this April 2023, with 50 galleries exhibiting 5,000 original works from the most exciting modern and contemporary artists, spanning paintings, prints, sculptures, ceramics and glass.

With exclusive use of Cheltenham Racecourse from Friday 28 to Sunday 30 April 2023, art lovers from Gloucestershire and beyond can browse a huge variety of work from 500 different artists, with incredible up-and-coming talent exhibiting alongside some of the biggest names in art, including Banksy, Bacon, Chagall, Emin, Hockney, Lowry, Matisse, Miró and Picasso.

Described as 'no ordinary art fair' with the widest range of contemporary art outside of London, this year's event features 10 exhibitors new to Fresh: Art Fair, including Flying Colours Gallery and Galleri Aurelia from London; La Belle Epoch; Chrysalis; The Sanctuary Gallery; and Robertson Fine Art from Edinburgh; as well as an outdoor sculpture park showcasing 50 garden sculptures from 15 different sculptors, many of whom are Members of Fellows of the Royal Society of Sculptors.

The event kicks off with the Private View on Thursday 27 April 2023, where visitors will get first pick of this year's collection while enjoying a free glass of wine or two.

There is original art available to buy from as little as £50 up to around £20,000, with the majority of works within a more accessible budget - ideal for anyone looking to start their art collection.

Fresh: Art Fair also hosts a series of talks and demonstrations, with 12 artists showcasing their skills over the weekend. This year, the festival is partnering with interior designer, Lauren Gilberthorpe, who is giving a talk at each day of the event, too.

Friday at Fresh: Art Fair is free to attend, while weekend tickets, which give art lovers the freedom to return as many times as they’d like for the duration of the fair, cost from £6 each. Private View tickets cost £10 each and also allow visitors to return to the fair throughout the weekend.

For the very best value, half price early bird tickets are available until Thursday 30 March 2023.
