Need something repaired? Come along and fix up your broken or damaged items at the friendly repair café at Tewkesbury Baptist Church Hall, when it returns this Saturday 19 March 2022.

Not only will visitors be able to bring along their damaged products to be repaired, the event also creates a sense of community, where people of all ages and backgrounds can come together to learn new skills and make new friends.

The repair café helps eliminate the need for unnecessary replacements, as well as reducing the amount of fixable items we send to landfill – helping visitors save money and the planet.

It also aims to help reduce pollution; save energy; lower carbon emissions; and reduce our reliance on finite non-renewable resources, reducing the need to recycle and prolonging the life of our existing, well-loved belongings, instead.
