Cult classic British comedy comes to Cheltenham

Following the on and offstage antics of a touring theatre company, Noises Off will appear on Cheltenham's Everyman Theatre stage this February 2024 — with plenty of disastrous tomfoolery.

Classic comedy, Noises Off, is headed to Cheltenham's Everyman Theatre this February 2024.

Direct from a triumphant West End season and described as 'one of the best British comedies ever written', Michael Frayne's legendary 80s farce, Noises Off, comes to Cheltenham's Everyman Theatre this February 2024.

Renowned for being a play-within-a-play, the show features a stellar cast led by Liza Goddard, Paul Bradley and Simon Shepherd, with audiences set to be in stitches at the timeless sketches and good old-fashioned entertainment.

Brimming with slapstick comedy, Cheltenham theatregoers can indulge in delightful backstage farce from Tuesday 13 to Saturday 17 February 2024, complete with slamming doors, falling trousers and even flying sardines!

Following a touring theatre group as they act out their own production named Nothing On, Noises Off consists of three acts: the final rehearsals, backstage during the opening night and the last matinee — but, as expected, things don’t exactly go as planned...
