Ready, set, rainbow! Gloucestershire’s most colourful run is back at Frampton Court in July 2026.

Pull on your whitest T-shirt, lace up your trainers and prepare to be splashed, soaked and sprinkled with colour, at Longfield Community Hospice's annual Run the Rainbow fun run, which returns to Frampton Court in July 2026.

This feel-good 5k invites runners, walkers and even skippers to make their way through a course packed with powder paint, foam bursts, inflatable obstacles and high-energy music zones – all while raising vital funds for Longfield's hospice care for adults and their families and carers across Gloucestershire.
