Celebrate Christmas at the home of delicious craft beer, at Gloucestershire’s Hillside Brewery. Located in the picturesque village of Longhope in the Forest of Dean.
Taking place on Friday 20 December 2019, guests will enjoy a fully stocked ,10-metre bar, decorated in all its festive finery; alongside a delicious three-course meal and live music. Both individual and group bookings are welcome for a festive party that’s sure to kick off the season in style.
Guests can enjoy a starter of tomato and basil soup; or chicken liver pate, and Summit Ruby Ale and apple chutney – both served with Hillside’s delicious beer bread. Main courses include traditional roast turkey served with stuffing, pigs in blankets and all the trimmings; or a vegetarian option of chestnut, squash and sweet potato loaf with seasonal veg, roast potatoes and gravy. If there’s room left for pudding, guests can continue the beer theme, with a warm and rich chocolate beer brownie, topped with ‘tipsy cream’; or a vanilla cheesecake with raspberry coulis.
After dinner, live band Four On The Floor will entertain the masses with a soundtrack of pop and rock covers until midnight.
