Cheltenham Racecourse is holding the last date in Prestbury Park’s calendar, Race Night, on Friday 29 April 2022 – giving racing fans one last chance to catch horseracing in Gloucestershire before the new season starts in October.
The annual event is the only evening fixture at Cheltenham Racecourse, entertaining spectators with several fiercely fought Hunter chases over distances expected to range from an extended two miles to four miles.
Promising to be a great way to end the campaign at Cheltenham, amateur jockeys and trainers are given a chance to shine at the Home of Jump racing, while off the track the popular meeting provides an excuse to soak up the social atmosphere.
What’s more, there’ll be a brilliant after party in The Centaur after the sporting action to celebrate the end of the racing season. This year, BBC Radio 1’s Greg James will be performing live after the last race, from 8.30pm to 9.30pm.
Gates open at 3.30pm, with the first race taking place at 4.40pm and the last race taking place at 8.10pm. Hospitality packages available. For more information or to buy tickets, visit thejockeyclub.co.uk.
