Tom Kerridge has launched a new menu with British Airways, which travellers will be able to tuck into.

Gloucester’s Michelin starred chef has designed the tasty-sounding range of in-flight meals, that short-haul economy customers will be able to enjoy on BA flights.

The new range will be part of BA’s Speedbird Café menu and includes Tom’s signature sandwiches and a pie, which travellers will be able to pre-order before they fly.

The new Tom Kerridge menu includes sandwiches such as ham hock and smoked cheddar; vegan spiced cauliflower and chickpea wrap; chicken, bacon and celery brioche crunch; soft brie and apple chutney ploughman’s; as well as a steak and ale pie.

Tom said: ‘For me, seasonal produce is what makes British food special. The way I feel about food comes from the heart – it’s a huge part of my life, and it should bring out emotions and create memories.’

While we may not be able to go on holiday just yet, the celebrity chef is giving us something to look forward to when we are allowed to jet off again.
