We’re all desperate to be able to go to a restaurant and have a sit-down meal that we haven’t had to cook ourselves — and that includes enjoying a delicious Sunday roast from your favourite cosy, Gloucestershire pub.
Thankfully, you don’t have to wait for lockdown to be over as SoGlos has rounded up 10 Gloucestershire venues offering you the chance to enjoy their homemade roast dinners from the comfort of your own home – with takeaway and delivery options, click and collect services as well as easy-to-follow cooking instructions.
With a range of meats to choose from, as well as a vegetarian option, Longhope’s award-winning The Farmer’s Boy Inn is doing takeaway roast dinners to have delivered straight to your door, or you can use the click and collect option. Orders can be placed through Facebook or via the JustEat app.
Love Sunday dinners but hate the cooking? Cheltenham’s The Suffolk Arms’ ‘non-prep Sunday roast box’ are perfect for that. They come with all the trimmings, as well as simple cooking instructions. You can order the boxes via the website and can opt for a sharer option for two or a family box. Orders must be placed by 8pm on Friday.
