Naylor Powell opens a new office in Cam

Gloucestershire estate agent, Naylor Powell, is growing – opening a new sales and lettings office in Cam.

Growing Gloucestershire estate agency, Naylor Powell, is expanding its offering with a new sales and lettings office in Cam.

Building on its continued success across the county, the new Cam branch, which occupies the former Post Office on Noel Lee Way, officially opened on Thursday 14 October 2021.

The impressive office features LED backlit window displays to provide maximum exposure for each property listed, as well as a welcoming interior for clients and buyers. There is also plenty of parking nearby for anyone visiting the office.

Ruth Bartlett is managing the branch, having working worked at Naylor Powell’s Stonehouse office for over five years – bringing exceptional local knowledge and a strong track record of selling properties locally with her.

Ruth said: ‘I am really excited to be opening a new branch in Cam. Having worked and raised a family in the area for many years, I know the area well. Cam is a wonderful place to live with a large mix of houses to suit a variety of buyers and the local amenities are excellent.

‘I am looking forward to getting to know the local community over the next few months. I love the process of finding buyers their dream home and my primary goal is to ensure their experience of moving home is a positive one.’

Despite the uncertainty of the pandemic, the Gloucestershire property market has been the busiest in Naylor Powell’s 40-year history, with the county remaining a hugely popular choice for house hunters.

Cam and Dursley in particular have seen significant growth, with buyers looking to move out of larger cities such as Bristol to quieter areas with easy commutes and good value properties.

Naylor Powell’s managing director, James Birt, added: ‘We have been working in and around Cam for many years so when the opportunity arose to open a branch here, we jumped at it.

‘Cam is extremely popular with families, commuters needing access to the M5 and those looking to enjoy all the wonderful amenities on the doorstep. The location works well alongside our network of branches in Stonehouse, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Newent. I am confident that Ruth and the team will deliver our award-winning customer service.’

Naylor Powell’s Cam branch is now open on Noel Lee Way in Cam.
