Persimmon Homes Severn Valley has appointed a new commercial director this August 2025, promoting one of its senior quantity surveyors to the role.
Heading up the commercial operations and management for its south west branch, Nick Lloyd takes up his new SLT role, having been with the development firm for 15 years, joining as a quantity surveyor and working his way up to chief surveyor, before landing his new promotion.
Persimmon Homes is one of the region's major five-star, accredited housebuilders, with huge developments currently under construction in Tewkesbury and Wotton-under-Edge, with more across the wider south west region, including Cribbs Causeway and Weston-Super-Mare.
On his appointment, Nick said: 'Having served in the commercial team for a number of years, I am delighted to have been entrusted with this new director role.
'Ensuring the numbers work for developers has never been harder with the increasing obligations coming the way of housebuilders, but I am relishing the challenge.'
Managing director of Persimmon Homes Severn Valley Claire Burton said: 'I want to give Nick a huge congratulations on a thoroughly deserved promotion after excelling as in his various roles in the company over the last 15 years.
